The Children's Mahat Meditation follow up program runs monthly.

Children who have taken the Children's Mahat Meditation program are able to come together for group meditation as well as a fun learning activity to build upon the tools they have learned.  Further exploration of crystals and their uses with each chakra, crystal grids, sound healing fun, mindful mandala coloring, gratitude practices, and yoga poses are just some of the topics that will be incorporated in each monthy session.

Duration: Six individual one-hour sessions

Fee: USD $20 for one child
USD $35  for two children
USD $40 for three children

For who: Children aged 7 to 13 years old who have attended a Children's Mahat Meditation class. 

One parent or guardian per child is encouraged to attend the course with their child/ren at no additional charge.
