Cancellation and refund policy for workshops and special events

• There will be no refunds offered on workshops or special events.
   
• If a workshop features a guest presenter no refunds or transfers will be granted.
   
• Registered attendees of workshops facilitated by Gina Witt of Sacred Alignment Wellness are entitled to transfer funds to a future workshop facilitated by Gina Witt of Sacred Alignment Wellness scheduled to commence within 365 days of the original course registration if cancellation occurs no less than 14 days before course commencement.
   
• Once a workshop or special event has commenced no refunds or transfers will be made available to registered attendees who leave prior to course completion. Consideration may be granted at the discretion of Sacred Alignment Wellness if the attendee can demonstrate evidence of extreme personal hardship.
   
• Should Sacred Alignment Wellness cancel a course or special event for any reason, students are entitled to a full refund or can choose to transfer funds to another workshop of special event offered by Sacred Alignment Wellness. Transfers are valid for 365 days from date of cancellation.
